However, due to scheduling conflicts and the writers’ and actors’ strikes, the release has been pushed back once again.

While no official release date has been revealed, it is likely that part 2 of season 5 won’t return until sometime in 2024. Not much is known yet what the final episodes will have in store, however, we will likely see the feud between John and Jamie come to a conclusion.

According to a press release, the series will explore the historic 6666 Ranch. “Founded when Comanches still ruled West Texas, no ranch in America is more steeped in the history of the West than the 6666. Still operating as it did two centuries before, and encompassing an entire county, the 6666 is where the rule of law and the laws of nature merge in a place where the most dangerous thing one does is the next thing. The 6666 is synonymous with the merciless endeavor to raise the finest horses and livestock in the world, and ultimately, where world-class cowboys are born and made.”

As of now, there has been no cast list released for the series. However, many expect that Yellowstone’s own Jimmy (Jefferson White), Emily (Kathryn Kelly), and Walker (Ryan Bingham) will make an appearance in the series.
