Cole Hauser is best known for his role as ranch hand Rip Wheeler on the hit TV series Yellowstone. Hauser has not only portrayed a rancher but has also lived as one too.

In 2021, the Yellowstone star sold his sprawling California horse ranch for an incredible $3.85 million. Hauser, who was born in Santa Barbara, California, purchased the Agoura Hills ranch over a decade ago for $2.34 million.

The 2.64-acre property includes a main house, a guest house, a studio apartment, two riding arenas, and two riding trails. Southwest-style charm can be found throughout the stunning architecture of the ranch.

In the real estate listing, Hauser’s California home was described as “the quintessential lifestyle ranch,” stating, “This stunning estate boasts unobstructed panoramic views of the Santa Monica mountains and Cornell Valley.”

The ranch was originally listed in November 2020 for $4.25 million before selling for $3.85 million in 2021. The gorgeous property borders the protected areas of the Santa Monica National Park, providing some of the best views California has to offer.

At 5,402 square feet, the residence includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a three-car garage. The main residence consists of four roomy bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Inside the main home, there is also a great room with a stone fireplace and a large eat-in chef’s kitchen. Throughout the home, there are arched doorways, wood-beamed ceilings, and tiled floors.

Outside the home, which is solar-powered, there are lounging and dining areas, a pool, and a spa with a waterslide, with views of the stunning Santa Monica mountains.

The quaint guest home has one bedroom and one bathroom, with a small kitchen and fireplace. There is also a studio apartment with a two-car garage. The gorgeous California property has stunning attention to detail both inside and outside.

Cole Hauser’s Luxurious Florida Home

After selling his stunning California ranch, Hauser bought a home in Sewall’s Point, Florida. He resides on the property with his wife and three children. Hauser’s wife, Cynthia, is originally from Florida, and the Yellowstone star previously lived there.

The waterfront property features five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Inside the home, there are 20-foot ceilings, a wine cellar, two elevators, and separate guest quarters. There is also an outdoor kitchen, pool, and hot tub.

Cynthia celebrated the family’s move to Florida on Instagram with the caption, “This picture truly captures how happy I am to be living in my home state again.
