Pop sensation Kelly Clarkson is the owner of a stunning $10.4 million ranch in Philipsburg, Montana. The picturesque property sits in the backyard of the beautiful Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness.

Clarkson originally lived at the property, known as Warren Peak Ranch, with her now ex-husband Brandon Blackstock. However, the American Idol winner is now the full owner of the ranch.

Clarkson filed for divorce from Blackstone in 2020 citing irreconcilable differences but Blackstone continued to live on the ranch. In 2021, a judge declared Clarkson the sole titleholder, meaning she can declare the ranch as her own.

In March 2022 it was announced Clarkson and Blackstone’s divorce was finalized. Blackstock was declared to have a 5.12% ownership interest in the ranch but Clarkson maintains ownership.

The former couple share two children together, River Rose, born in June 2014, and Remington Alexander, born in April 2016.

The ranch is made up of two ranches that complement each other perfectly. One ranch is prominently rangelands and timber while the other is an abundance of irrigated hay lands. The serene Trout Creek flows through the property which provides peaceful sounds and fishing opportunities.

“I built little one-bedroom cabins, like, right next to it. When my family comes, we’re all over each other, but it’s kind of cool. You’re on top of each other. It’s only for a little bit because you’re on vacation, so it’s not for that long, but it’s cool because you all end up watching the same movie, you all end up playing games, you all end up talking,” said Clarkson.

The singer states the Montana ranch is her forever home and she will never sell the property. With its rural location, the ranch offers a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of city life.

While the ranch, which Clarkson nicknamed Vintage Valley, isn’t her permanent residence, she enjoys the time she spends there.
