With the recent news that Yellowstone will be ending, the initial summer release for part 2 has been pushed back to November.
The premiere of Season 5 far surpassed expectations amassing 12.1 million live-plus-same-day viewers, representing a new record!
The release of the Season 5 trailer alone showed us just how popular the new season will be. It had recorded 14 million views in just 24 hours.
The trailer shows us John Dutton being sworn in as governor. This is the main theme of the trailer, so we can expect that Season 5 will focus more on John Dutton’s governorship and its implications for the Dutton family.
With so many people keenly tuning in to follow the Dutton family as they fight to keep their spacious Montana ranch, many fans wonder how to watch season 5 and its new episodes for free.
How to Watch Yellowstone Season 5 for Free
You can watch episodes of Yellowstone Season 5 for free by starting a 24-Hour Pass to watch the Paramount Network live.
You can also get the Paramount Network channel for free with a provider such as Philo with their free 7-day trial (usually $25 a month).
Other providers that may offer free trials include Sling TV ($46/month), YouTube TV ($64.99/month), Fubo ($69.99/month), Hulu + Live TV ($69.99/month), and Direct TV ($69.99/month).
Season 5 won’t be available to watch or stream on Paramount+ at this time in the US, even though it is under Paramount’s name.
NBCUniversal, the owners of Peacock, purchased the streaming rights to Yellowstone in 2020 before Paramount+ was launched in 2021. Therefore, Paramount+ doesn’t have streaming rights in the US, but Peacock does.
You could also watch season 5 for free by signing up for the Peacock 7-day free trial. However, Yellowstone Season 5 will be released on Peacock sometime after the finale episode of Season 5, just as it did in previous seasons.
Looking at the Season 4 release on Peacock, the series concluded on January 2, 2022, and the full 10-episode season became available on March 28, 2022.
UK and Canada fans can watch Yellowstone Season 5 for free by signing up for the Paramount+ 7-day free trial. If you want to watch all episodes, it would be best to sign up for the free trial when every episode is available.

I think it sucks you watch 4 seasons of Yellowstone then search for 4 hours to see if you can watch somewhere Why isn't it on Paramount+? I subscribe to Peacock Hulu Paramount+ and Amazon prime just to watch the shows I want to watch. Hulu did the same thing you can't get CBS now It is all a money game over the networks I could care less about paramount network Tellow stone is the only show I would watch on there but who want to pay 64.99 a month for one show I hope you loose alot of subscribers People my age can't afford to pay this

Completely in agreement. We purchased Peacock to watch Yellowstone and then Season 5 was exclusive on Paramount+ which I have, but somehow I have to pay them more to watch Season 5. I'm very disappointed. We're right back when the Cable companies HBO and Showtime had monopolies on their content. What a sham...
