Corbin appeared in season 4, episode 5 of Yellowstone. Ross is the one who wakes up Jimmy as he sleeps on a bench at the ranch.

In the episode, he has some sound advice for Jimmy, who arrived at Four Sixes Ranch to become a real cowboy. He tells Jimmy what it takes to become a cowboy, hoping to guide him down the right path.

Ross tells Jimmy “You gotta want this life. You got to want it all the way to your bones. And if you don’t, it can be absolute hell on earth.”

Barry Corbin’s Career

Corbin attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock where he originally studied law. However, his friend G.W. Bailey convinced him to pursue acting instead. Corbin graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in theatre arts.

In the 1960s, Corbin began his career as a Shakespearean actor. Barry Corbin’s first significant television role came in the early 1970s, with appearances in shows like The Andros Targets and The Six Million Dollar Man. However, it was his role as Maurice Minnifield in the critically acclaimed 1990s series Northern Exposure that brought him widespread recognition and fame.

An Illustrious Acting Career: With over 200 acting credits to his name, Barry Corbin’s career has spanned five decades and various genres, including television, film, and theatre. Some of his most notable roles include Northern Exposure (1990-1995), War Games (1983), Urban Cowboy (1980), and No Country for Old Men (2007).

As Ross is a cowboy that works at Four Sixes Ranch, there is a possibility that he will appear in the series. Currently, there is no official release date yet for 6666.
